Harrassing the Beggar Girl - All I Want For Christmas - A.D. Players

All I Want For Christmas was written by Martha Louise Doolittle & Kathleen Wozniak, performed in the Fall/Winter of 1998. It tells the story of a spoiled princess who learns the true meaning of Christmas from a little beggar girl. This particular photo shows when the little beggar girl tries to come into the party. None of the other children like her ~ including the princess!

Beggar Girl & Princess - All I Want For Christmas - A.D. Players

The little Beggar Girl tells the story of Jesus to Princess Petunia with the help of her homemade dolls ~ all under the watchful eyes of the mantle.

And this is actually what I did backstage! My face is dirty ~ but my hands are clean! :)

The Glass Menagerie - A.D. Players

Laura, in The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee Williams, is one of my all-time favorite roles. I had the honor of working with Jeannette Clift George as Amanda and Dr. Jim Young as our Director. My husband's two roommates (from before we were married) played my brother & Jim, the Gentleman Caller.
